Différentes écoles ont l'exercice de la méditation à la base de leurs enseignements ; le chamanisme aussi. Néanmoins, la vision du chaman s'appuie sur le corps et l'espace où le corps vit. Dire que le corps est sans importance, en chamanisme, c'est une erreur. Pourquoi, parce que la vision du chaman se déploie à partir de l'espace où le corps existe. C'est de là que tout s'actualise. l'Esprit vit avec le corps sans lequel il n'est pas autre, mais le corps peut-il exister sans l'Esprit, c'est à dire n'être qu'un objet mécanique? En chamanisme jamais le corps n'est négligeable, c'est toujours avec lui et dans le respect de ses potentialités que le chaman s'ouvre dans d'autres univers qui lui sont perceptibles. Le chaman a l'obligation de sobriété pour ne pas altérer sa précieuse lucidité et sa Force. La Force est un pilier qui ne vacille pas. La Force et la résistance nerveuse c'est l'obligation de l'apprenti.

The Shaman have the obligation of sobriety in order to deteriorate his invaluable clearness and his Force. The Force is a pillar which does not waver. The Force and nervous resistance it is the obligation of the apprenti.
